  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wilt the spinach by placing it in a microwave-safe bowl and microwaving for 30 seconds.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough into a long oval, about 24 inches by 12 inches. Use a little flour to prevent sticking if needed.
