  • 1 egg, whisked

Creating this festive sausage roll wreath is a simple process that doesn’t require expert culinary skills. Follow these easy steps to make your own:

  1. Prep the Oven and Tray: Preheat your oven to 360°F (180°C) and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Make the Sausage Mix: In a bowl, combine the chopped cranberries, pecans, and almonds. Squeeze the sausages out of their casings into the bowl. Add salt and black pepper. Mix well to ensure even distribution of flavors.
  3. Assemble the Roll: Place the puff pastry on a clean surface. Spoon the cranberry sauce down the center, then pile the sausage mix on top, forming a log shape.
