  • 12 eggs
  • ½ white onion, diced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 red pepper, minced

Instructions

Creating these delightful Christmas Deviled Eggs is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to ensure perfect results every time:

1. Hard Boil Eggs

  1. Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with cold water.
  2. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Once boiling, let the eggs cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool them down quickly.
  5. Once cool, peel the eggs and cut them in half, lengthwise.

2. Prepare Filling

  1. Carefully remove the yolks from the egg halves and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the diced onion to the bowl with the yolks.
  3. Mix in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
  4. Add the chopped rosemary, thyme leaves, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Stir the mixture until smooth and well-combined.

3. Pipe Filling

  1. Spoon the yolk mixture into a piping bag or a zip-lock bag with a corner cut off.
